By using MusicalBoard at www.musicalboard.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

MusicalBoard is a set of browser-based practice tools for singers — pitch monitoring, recording, scales, a metronome, a virtual piano, vocal isolation, and related utilities listed on the dashboard. The Service runs in your browser using WebAssembly and the Web Audio API; it is operated as an independent side project, not a company, school, or clinical service, and is provided free with optional advertising.

Use of the Service

The tools are provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial practice unless otherwise permitted by law. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or use automated means to abuse traffic or APIs.

Audio you process

Tools such as Auto-Tune and Vocal Isolator change audio inside your browser. Use them only on recordings you have the right to edit. You remain responsible for how you use and share the files you create. The vocal separation model is provided under its own license (CC BY 4.0 weights, MIT code), credited on the Vocal Isolator page.

MusicalBoard is not a substitute for professional medical, hearing, or music instruction. Protect your hearing and follow safe listening practices.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicalBoard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its layout, branding, and original code, is owned by MusicalBoard or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute our software except as allowed by applicable law.

Availability and technical requirements

The Service requires a browser with WebAssembly and Web Audio support, plus microphone access for mic-based tools. We do not guarantee availability on every device, browser, or operating system version, and features may behave differently across platforms (see the home page FAQ for current browser guidance). As a small, independently run project, scheduled or unscheduled downtime for maintenance or hosting issues can happen without advance notice.

Third-party services

The Service may load third-party scripts for advertising or analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy. Those providers are responsible for their own services and are governed by their own terms, which this document does not cover.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
